Being an active SOFA member in Japan in the post the covid world means working under very strict and rapidly changing travel policy guidelines.

Whilst is the fair to say the clouds of uncertainty as 2021 rolls through are clearing and the vaccination rollout is well underway for military personal and the Japanese population things are still not out of the woods yet.

NisekoML have worked and pushed hard to get the maximum flexibility from our suppliers as possible and we currently the offer the most generous cancelation policy in the Ski and adventure travel market.

Should you need to cancel your trip we will provide 100% refund of any money paid or due up until 3 weeks before your trip is due to commence.

Any bookings made within 3 weeks will be be are not able to be refunded. This is due to the fact that’s it’s almost impossible for accommodation providers to be able to re book that Condo inside this time frame.

If you are unsure about your ability to commit inside a month it’s best to cancel early, get a full refund and then see if we are able to re-accommodate the booking at a later date.

Other Terms and Conditions


CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10AM
A late check-out is not possible due to tight turn over of Niseko Accommodation. Please take this into consideration if you have a late flight as you will not be able to stay in your accommodation after 10am.


DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER & CHANGES TO TRAVEL DATES AND TIMES
If your arrival or departure time or date changes due to delayed or cancelled flights or any other reason we
cannot refund for any accommodation or service that has been scheduled in accordance with your
instructions. If you have booked a bus through we are not able to inconvenience the group and you are responsible for the cost of re establishing contact with the tour. No refunds will be given if you miss the chartered pickup due to flight delays or other hold ups.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

Get it ! Travel insurance is your best friend when seeking refunds from change of circumstances.


BOOKING
A tour booking is not confirmed until a confirmation is issued by Niseko Military Leave.

DEPOSIT
3.1. The Deposit is 10% of your tour booking fee


Other Costs Incured

We cannot be held responsible for cancelling your booking as a result of your failure to comply with any
requirement of our Booking Terms and Conditions, and we cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or
losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation.


ACCOMMODATION
Niseko ML reserves the right to substitute or upgrade your Condo with some equal or better.
comparable standard and type.

DAMAGE TO ACCOMMODATION, FIXTURES AND FITTINGS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
You accept responsibility for loss and damage to the accommodation, fittings, furniture and keys during
your occupation.
A valid Credit Card is required as a security deposit and you authorize Niseko ML or Holiday Niseko to charge all fees and charges properly chargeable under this agreement to that Credit Card.

CHECK IN/OUT
9.1. The accommodation is available for occupation from 3.00 pm on the day of Check In. The
accommodation must be vacated before 10.00 am on the day of Check Out.
9.2. A late check-out is not possible due to cleaning schedules. Please take this into consideration if you
have a late flight as you will not be able to stay in your accommodation after 10am.
9.3. A credit card security deposit will be required at check in for ALL properties – you cannot Check In to the
accommodation until we have credit card details and authorization for use as a security deposit.

PARKING
If you indeed on bringing or renting a car please let us know. Parking Niseko is tricky and needs detailed planning. What may look like a carpark may be left empty for snow falling from a roof and your car could be badly damaged.
